Doar Human Resources.
1 hope this message finds you well. Would it be possible for me to speak to a Human Resources
manager regarding my situation?
| have spoken with the business group in my office and have a good understanding of the impact
of my absences duo to the time I necdod to be at tho hospital and care for my son.
However, I need to speak with an HR manager to discuss several courses of action that are open
to me.
Given the privacy concerns. personal circumstances related to my son's care, and the implication
1 Direct request for privacy/private discussion with HR. This was completely ignored, which created additional
problems in later meetings.
's of my situation on business rules, it is important for me to have this discussion with HR.
Thank you for your understanding.
Later that day, June 25th, 2024, | received a Teams chat message which said, "Hi Thomas." That was it—nothing more. It was
from Azaria Workman, but at that time, | had no idea who she was.
Meanwhile, | spent a good deal of time the morning of the 25th calling directly into the ESC. | was able to speak with two
different individuals on two separate calls and was finally informed that my contact would be Amiee Cox. | was given her email
address and her phone number.
followed up immediately, sent her an email, and left her a voicemail, letting her know that | hoped to talk with her at her
earliest convenience.
In the early part of the afternoon on June 25th, | replied to the Teams message from Azaria Workman and just said, "Hello, is
this Azaria?" still not knowing who she was. She never responded to that Teams thread.
Once I did finally meet up with Azaria, | expressed my concern and confusion about who | was supposed to speak with in HR. |
indicated that | was informed my contact was Amiee Cox.
Important note: In a meeting several days later with Azaria Workman, in front of two managers, she said, "Oh, by the way, |
contacted Amiee Cox. She said she never heard from you." Immediately, I informed Azaria that not only had | emailed Amiee
Cox, but I also posted a copy of that email on the case ticket and left her a voicemail. In addition, Miss Workman indicated that
Amiee Cox was on PTO.
Atany rate, Ifind it very puzzling that Amiee Cox would deny receiving my communications to her.
1 would like to have this investigated, and if it tums out that Amiee Cox did receive my information and voice call, | expect a
written letter to the two managers who were present, straightening out the facts. (I have complete documentation of these
conversations, communications, and statements. Please let me know if you would like that information. | will also make sure
thatitis included in my final report.)THIS IS FROM THE HR TICKET REPORTING SYSTEM
